Before you Order our Duplication and Replication Services - Read this

Two easy ways to place an order with NECD:

1. Submit your order online.

If you would like to place your order and submit your master and/or graphics files directly to our online file servers, please call your NECD representative for information regarding obtaining authorized NECD project numbers (necessary to submit online.) online sales order - 1-800-617-3877.

NOTE: online file submittals limited to 75mb or less.

2. or...Place your order traditionally by sending us your materials.

•	Download and/or print 3 documents in .pdf format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)

A.	Order Form
B.	Anti-piracy Forms (click here for audio) or (click here for software and/or DVD)
C.	Your NECD terms of purchase agreement.

•	Fill out all the pertinent information required, sign and date forms. (Please write or print clearly)
•	Pack the completed forms into a well protected envelope or package along with:

1.	Your project master disc
2.	Any additional customer supplied art layout disks (please provide printed pieces as well)
3.	Any hardcopy print materials that may be required.
4.	Any special instructions for NECD that will help us expedite your project
5.	A minimum 60% deposit payment method

•	NECD recommends that you send your package in a manner in which you can track it's progress to us: i.e UPS, Fed-ex, or US post w/tracking. Please insure your package for it's full value. NECD cannot accept liability for packages damaged in transit.
•	Your NECD representative will contact you once we receive your package into our facility to go over it's content, your order, and to make sure that everything we need to manufacture your project is included.

We do not accept masters containing unauthorized previously published material (audio, data, or video.) unless submitted with the proper industry license.
